Coastal Equity Group is your one lending source for your real estate investment needs. We offer loan programs for investors at all experienced levels. As a Hard Money Lender, our loans are based on the actual asset. The asset is appraised on an As-Is and/or After-Repair Value by an Appraisal.
Our team will evaluate the project and the experience of the investor to ensure the property fits our company’s guidelines. Together, our team can walk you through the pre-approval and lending process.
Investors can be pre-approved in as little as one day, and closing can occur 5 to 7 business days after all required underwriting documents have been received and approved. We encourage our Borrowers to get pre-approved so we can work as proficiently as possible once a property is under contract.
